a simple retromoderation client for a newsgroup hierarchy. ruleset is as follows. cancellation will take place if an article is posted to N groups outside of a defined “protected hierarchy”. this prevents dragging an excessive number of kooks into a given hierarchy.
this was named colt38 as a humorous jab to the kooks who kept posting their whitewater drivel in the mn.* newsgroups.
